Overview
FNB is looking for a proactive and dependable Office Administrator to provide efficient administrative and operational support within the assigned functional area. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain compliance standards, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver high-quality customer service. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic and fast-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
โ Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to internal teams and functional areas.
โ Manage expenses and departmental costs within approved budget parameters.
โ Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, project managers, SMEs and senior staff.

Minimum Requirements
โ A relevant administrative or business qualification is advantageous.
โ Previous administration experience within a corporate or financial institution is preferred.
โ Strong organisational and communication skills.
โ Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
โ Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
โ Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving ability.
