Overview

The Capital Hotels is recruiting 3 Kitchen Scullers to join their hospitality teams across multiple locations. This role is essential in maintaining high hygiene standards in the kitchen and ensuring all equipment, utensils, and work areas are clean, organised, and ready for service.

Key Responsibilities

– Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment

– Ensure proper washing, drying, and storage of dishes and kitchen items

– Keep scullery and kitchen areas organised at all times

– Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards in line with company policies

– Assist with general kitchen support duties when required

– Ensure sufficient stock of clean utensils and equipment is always available

– Handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy service periods

Requirements & Skills

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable and professional
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Willingness to work shifts

Remuneration

• Johannesburg & Umhlanga: R5,240 per month
• Cape Town: R5,000 per month
