Overview
The Sales Associate will be responsible for creating an outstanding shopping experience for customers while helping the store achieve its sales goals.
Successful candidates will assist customers with product selection, promote sales, maintain merchandising standards and ensure the store remains customer-ready at all times.
Key Responsibilities
โข Deliver exceptional customer service and shopping experiences
โข Act as a brand ambassador for Foschini
โข Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs
โข Achieve and exceed sales targets
โข Promote current fashion trends and product ranges
โข Build and maintain strong customer relationships
โข Identify opportunities to generate additional sales
โข Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising
โข Maintain store presentation and housekeeping standards
โข Support promotional campaigns and store activities

Minimum Requirements
โข Grade 12 / Matric
โข Passion for retail and customer service
โข Good communication skills
โข Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
โข Willingness to learn and develop within the retail industry
