Job Opportunity
TFG is inviting unemployed young South Africans to apply for the YES Youth Opportunity Programme.
This 12-month opportunity is designed to help young people gain valuable workplace experience in the retail industry while building skills that can improve future employment opportunities.
Successful applicants may be placed at various TFG stores across South Africa.

Minimum Requirements
– South African citizen
– Aged between 18 and 28 years old
– Grade 12 (Matric) preferred
– Available and willing to work a 12-month fixed-term contract
– Must not have been permanently employed by one employer for longer than 1 year continuously
– Must not be studying full-time during the programme period (April 2026 โ March 2027)
– Must not have participated in the YES Programme before
– Accommodation and transport will be for the applicant’s own account

Key Responsibilities
โข Assist customers in-store
โข Support daily retail operations
โข Help maintain store standards and merchandising displays
โข Assist with stock handling and replenishment

Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
