The Department of Employment and Labour is recruiting Client Service Officers to provide employment services, client support, registration services, UIF services and general administrative support at Labour Centres across South Africa. These opportunities are ideal for unemployed matriculants looking to start a career in government.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Assist clients at Labour Centre service points
• Register work-seekers and employment opportunities
• Provide UIF and employment-related services
• Process applications and client enquiries
• Provide administrative support
• Capture and maintain records on departmental systems
• Participate in community advocacy and awareness programmes
• Assist with placement of work-seekers into opportunities
• Resolve client complaints and queries
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
• Grade 12 / Matric / National Senior Certificate
• No experience required for UIF Operations post
• Computer literacy
• Good communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Telephone etiquette
• Ability to work with members of the public
• Ability to interpret legislation and procedures
• Customer service orientation
