Purpose of the Position

The purpose of the Clerk Gr 1 Customer Care position is to:

Provide administrative support to an allocated team and promote administrative efficiency in day-to-day operations.

For this particular role, much of the work relates to administration and coordination within the Vehicle Service Centre.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Vehicle Service Centre Administration

The successful candidate will perform daily administrative tasks associated with the interface in the work management process within the Vehicle Service Centre.

This requires accurate administration and effective coordination between the different people involved in vehicle servicing and maintenance.

2. Client Liaison and Vehicle Planning

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients.
  • Planning with clients regarding their vehicles.
  • Assisting with the scoping of vehicle work.
  • Scheduling vehicles for the required work.
  • Coordinating the receiving of vehicles.

3. Vehicle Inspections

  • Reporting back on the progress of vehicles.

5. External Service Provider Liaison
