Sasol is recruiting a Clerk Rail Control to provide administrative and office support to an allocated team within Energy Marketing & Sales. This role contributes to administrative efficiency and smooth day-to-day operations within the department.
Minimum Requirements
Formal Education:
- Matric / Grade 12
Working Experience:
- 0+ years relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
-Provide general office administration and support services
-Handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
-Organise meetings, take minutes, and prepare meeting documentation
-Book conference facilities, travel arrangements, and accommodation
-Coordinate internal and external events
-Prepare, type, and distribute reports, correspondence, and presentations
-Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems
-Capture and reconcile data for management reports
-Sort, file, and cross-reference documentation
-Complete invoicing and maintain expenditure records
-Control stationery and office supplies
-Receive visitors and respond to telephone and email correspondence
-Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
-Maintain records, reports, and files in line with company procedures
-Ensure adherence to service level agreements
