Position Overview

Clicks Group is recruiting 10 Shop Assistants / Cashiers for its Douglas Shopping Centre store in the Northern Cape. The successful candidates will deliver service excellence through efficient point of sale (POS) operations, merchandising, and superior customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all point of sale activities efficiently and accurately
• Scan merchandise and process payments, including ClubCard rewards
• Ensure safe and accurate handling of cash
• Promote and enroll customers into the Clicks ClubCard programme
• Inform customers about promotions to increase sales
• Deliver exceptional customer service as a brand ambassador
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Keep updated on products, ranges, promotions, and store events
• Support company values and operational standards

Minimum Requirements

Education:

• Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential
• Maths 50% and English 50% (Advantageous)
