About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the Totalsports brand, providing outstanding customer service while helping customers find the right products for their needs. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, achieve sales targets and ensure the store is always well-stocked and ready for customers.
This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and thrive in a sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
-Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
-Represent the Totalsports brand professionally.
-Help customers find the best products for their needs.
-Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
-Promote a wide range of sportswear, footwear and accessories.
-Stay up to date with the latest fashion and sports trends.
-Identify opportunities to generate new sales.
-Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.
-Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready.
-Work closely with the store team to achieve business goals.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
-Grade 12 (Matric).
-A passion for customer service and working with people.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
