About the Role
Sportscene is looking for energetic and confident individuals who are passionate about fashion and customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will create an exciting shopping experience by helping customers find the latest streetwear, footwear and accessories while achieving sales targets and representing the Sportscene brand.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has a passion for youth fashion and trends.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
-Deliver exceptional customer service.
-Represent the Sportscene brand professionally.
-Help customers find products that suit their style and needs.
-Meet and exceed sales targets.
-Sell a wide range of fashion, footwear and accessories.
-Stay updated with the latest fashion and streetwear trends.
-Identify opportunities to generate additional sales.
-Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.
-Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready.
-Work closely with the team to achieve store goals.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
-Grade 12 (Matric).
-A passion for customer service and working with people.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
