Position: Electrical Superintendent
Location: Zone 5 Mine Site, between Maun and Sehithwa, Ngamiland, Botswana

Overview:
JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. is hiring a highly qualified Electrical Superintendent to lead and supervise the underground electrical maintenance and installations team. This role is critical to maintaining high safety standards, equipment reliability, and supporting operational objectives at the Zone 5 Mine Site.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and mentor electrical maintenance teams, ensuring tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.
-Develop and enforce preventative maintenance schedules.
-Manage remedial actions for electrical hazards and faults.
-Collaborate with maintenance planners to align tasks with production schedules.
-Monitor maintenance performance and maintain records.
-Analyze maintenance data to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
-Ensure proper spare parts inventory and compliance with OEM and mine standards.
Requirements and Skills:
-Minimum 10 yearsβ experience in underground electrical maintenance and supervision.
-Electrical Trade Certificate (mandatory).
-In-depth knowledge of electrical systems: 1000V, 11kV, and 400V.
-Experience managing electrical teams in high-speed, mechanized development environments.
-Strong skills in diagnostics, fault-finding, and planning.
-Familiarity with PRONTO or similar maintenance management systems.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
