Position: Maintenance Foreman
Location: Zone 5 Mine Site, between Maun and Sehithwa, Ngamiland, Botswana

Overview:
JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. is recruiting a highly competent Maintenance Foreman to lead maintenance operations in a high-speed underground mining environment. This role is responsible for maintaining mechanical equipment performance, leading technical teams, and ensuring equipment availability to meet operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the maintenance workforce to ensure safe, reliable, and high-performance outcomes.
-Supervise completion of service orders and equipment repairs.
-Monitor and manage equipment performance, availability, and inventory.
-Adjust Min/Max stock levels and track equipment history using PRONTO.
-Coordinate with Maintenance Planner to align maintenance with production plans.
-Perform inspections and ensure all work is properly documented and compliant with safety standards.
-Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
Requirements and Skills:
-Mechanical Trade Qualification (mandatory); S1, S2, S3 supervisory competencies preferred.
-Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in mechanical maintenance in a mining environment.
-Strong mechanical and diagnostic knowledge of underground mobile equipment.
-Familiarity with maintenance planning and legislative compliance.
-Experience with PRONTO or similar maintenance systems.
-Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
-A safety-first attitude and passion for team development.
