Overview:
The FIX, part of the dynamic Foschini Group (TFG), is looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead the team at our Pioneer Mall branch in Maseru. You’ll be responsible for managing the store’s performance, leading and developing the team, and ensuring excellent customer service while driving sales and managing operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
-Drive sales to achieve or exceed monthly turnover targets
-Manage store expenses and minimize shrinkage (stock losses)
-Lead and motivate a high-performing team
-Recruit, train, and develop staff while handling employee relations
-Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards
-Deliver excellent customer service and manage customer satisfaction
-Ensure smooth daily store operations and compliance with company policies
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- LGCSE/COSC or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ retail experience, with at least 1 year in a store leadership role
Skills & Competencies:
