Overview:
Mohale FM is seeking energetic, creative, and articulate individuals to join its on-air team as Radio Presenters. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate media professionals who want to connect with a vibrant audience, deliver compelling content, and help grow one of Lesothoโs leading radio stations. Key Responsibilities:
-Present live or pre-recorded radio shows with professionalism and enthusiasm.
-Research topics, prepare scripts, and plan engaging show formats.
-Conduct interviews and facilitate live listener engagement.
-Operate studio equipment, manage playlists, and monitor sound quality.
-Work closely with the production team to develop fresh and creative content.
-Represent Mohale FM at outside broadcasts, public events, and promotional activities.
-Adhere to broadcasting regulations, station policies, and editorial standards.
Requirements and Skills:
-Diploma or Degree in Media Studies, Journalism, Communications, or related field (preferred).
-Experience in radio presenting, podcasting, or voice-over work is an added advantage.
-Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
-Fluency in both English and Sesotho (spoken and written).
-Confident, creative, and able to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
-Basic knowledge of radio studio operations and audio editing tools is desirable.
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
