Overview

Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited is recruiting 14 Retail Store & Frontshop Assistants across multiple locations nationwide. These roles focus on supporting daily store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring merchandising and administrative standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

– Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent service

– Maintain professional relationships with customers

– Handle customer complaints, queries, and feedback effectively

– Support store operations including merchandising and stock control

– Assist with point of sale processes, refunds, and returns

– Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and presentation

– Verify deliveries and ensure stock accuracy

– Support cash handling processes and daily reconciliations

– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements & Skills

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Retail experience (preferred)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office; SAP advantageous)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
