Overview

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is offering a 12-month Visual Merchandiser Learnership designed to equip unemployed youth with practical retail merchandising, customer service and sales support skills.

This structured workplace learning programme develops commercial acumen and hands-on merchandising experience across direct and indirect retail outlets. The learner will report to the Account Developer and collaborate with the Sales Team to grow product visibility and in-store execution standards.


Key Responsibilities

In-Store Execution & Merchandising

-Execute daily call schedules across assigned outlets

-Implement visual merchandising standards and in-store displays

-Ensure correct stock rotation and product availability

-Maintain product quality and visibility according to RED standards

-Complete iRED survey and execution scorecard requirements

-Support customers with placing orders via the MyCCBA platform

-Assist in promotional campaigns and brand activation activities

-Provide relief support as directed by management


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
  • Grade 12 English and a second language (minimum 40%)
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Aged between 18 and 35 years
  • Must be unemployed at time of appointment
  • Must not be enrolled in another learnership or full-time studies
  • Must not have previously completed the same qualification
  • No criminal record or adverse credit record
  • Must consent to criminal, ID and qualification verification
  • Must be willing to work six days per week
  • Must be an Employment Equity candidate
