Overview
The Capital Hotels is seeking professional and service-driven Food & Beverage Waiters to join their hospitality team in Ballito. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences across restaurant, room service, and function areas while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
– Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
– Provide excellent customer service in restaurant, room service, and function areas
– Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas
– Ensure accurate handling of orders and timely service delivery
– Manage front-of-house duties and assist with stock control
– Communicate effectively with team members and guests
– Resolve guest queries and ensure customer satisfaction
– Follow all company standards, procedures, and hygiene practices
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience (essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Presentable, professional, and well-spoken
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work shifts
Remuneration
- Salary: R5,240 per month
