Are you passionate about fashion, people, and customer service? Exact โ a well-known fashion retailer under The Foschini Group (TFG) โ is offering a Sales Skills Training Programme designed to equip you with hands-on experience and real-world knowledge in retail and sales.
This opportunity is ideal for young individuals who want to build their career in retail by gaining both classroom training and practical in-store experience. You will work a total of 108 hours per month at the Maseru store, where you will learn the ins and outs of modern retail sales.
What You Will Learn and Do:
-Represent the Exact brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
-Understand customer needs and offer the best solutions
-Track your personal sales performance and aim to meet monthly goals
-Stay informed about the latest fashion and dรฉcor trends
-Identify and drive new sales opportunities
-Assist with restocking and maintaining a clean, well-organized store
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification:
- LGCSE / COSC or equivalent
Essential Skills:
-Friendly and confident with a passion for people
-Able to communicate well in both spoken and written form
-Works well under pressure and can multi-task in a busy environment
-Has attention to detail and loves helping customers
–Target-driven and motivated to reach goals
-Strong selling and negotiation skills
-Reliable and able to work independently
-Committed to delivering excellent service
