Overview
Clicks Group is recruiting skilled and passionate Barbers to join the Sorbet MAN team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, trend-aware, and committed to delivering premium grooming services and an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Perform professional barbering and male grooming services.
– Execute precision cutting using scissors and clippers.
– Apply advanced fading techniques and creative pattern/design work.
– Provide beard grooming, shaping, and specialised treatments.
– Conduct hot towel shaves and clipper shaves.
– Perform hair colour services (semi, demi, and permanent).
– Deliver KST (Brazilian) treatments for beard and scalp care.
– Carry out facial grooming services including threading and waxing.
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workspace.
– Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 2 yearsโ professional barbering experience.
- Relevant Trade Test in Male Grooming.
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of grooming trends.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
