Sorbet Hairbar, part of the Clicks Group, is looking for a passionate and skilled Hairdresser to join its growing team in Paarl. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional who is committed to delivering exceptional haircare services and creating outstanding client experiences.
The successful candidate will perform a variety of hairdressing services, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the continued success of one of South Africa’s leading beauty brands.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide professional hairdressing services, including cutting, styling, colouring, and hair treatments.
– Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable hairstyles and haircare solutions.
– Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every client has a positive salon experience.
– Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon presentation.
– Build and retain a loyal client base through excellent service.
– Promote and sell professional haircare products.
– Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry developments.
– Ensure all services are performed according to Sorbet Hairbar and industry standards.
Requirements
- Relevant Hairdressing Certificate or Diploma.
- Proven experience working in a professional salon environment.
- Strong technical skills in hair cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments.
- Ability to deliver services that meet professional and brand standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to participate in assessments and ongoing training.
