Overview
Woolworths Holdings Limited is inviting applications for its Stores Future Talent pool in Gauteng. This opportunity is designed for individuals who are passionate about retail and customer service, and who would like to be considered for upcoming vacancies as they become available.
As part of the store team, you will represent the Woolworths brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver excellent customer service through friendly and engaging interactions.
– Operate tills and process customer transactions accurately.
– Maintain store presentation and ensure shelves are well stocked and organised.
– Support sales by assisting customers with product information and recommendations.
– Ensure the store environment remains clean, attractive, and welcoming.
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Retail experience is advantageous but not required.
