The successful candidates will assist customers, promote sales, operate tills, manage stock, and contribute to maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
โข Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
โข Deliver excellent customer service at all times
โข Help customers find products and answer queries
โข Promote a positive shopping experience
Cashier Duties
โข Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
โข Handle cash responsibly and honestly
โข Maintain accuracy when processing payments
โข Follow company cash handling procedures
Sales & Merchandising
โข Promote sales and company products
โข Assist in achieving store targets
โข Replenish shelves and merchandise stock
โข Ensure products are displayed correctly
Stock Control
โข Assist with stock management and stock counts
โข Minimise stock losses
โข Maintain inventory accuracy
Store Operations
โข Maintain housekeeping standards
โข Support daily store operations
โข Contribute to PEP’s low-cost culture and business objectives
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
โข Grade 10, Grade 11 or Grade 12 (Matric)
