Overview
Ster-Kinekor is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join its Cradlestone cinema as Multi Skilled Employees. This role offers the opportunity to work across different areas of the cinema, including the box office, food and beverage counters, cinema operations, and customer service, ensuring guests enjoy an outstanding movie experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist customers at the box office, catering counters, and other cinema service areas.
– Prepare and serve popcorn, slush drinks, and other food and beverages according to company standards.
– Deliver excellent customer service and promote current products and promotions.
– Maintain clean, organised, and fully stocked workstations.
– Assist with cinema operations before, during, and after movie screenings.
– Ensure food quality, hygiene, and health and safety standards are maintained.
– Help prepare work areas for daily operations and support other departments when required.
– Wear the correct uniform and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- 0โ1 year of customer service or retail experience (advantageous).
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
- Knowledge of VISTA or MYCC systems will be an advantage.
