Overview
GALXBOY is recruiting Seasonal Shop Assistants for 17 job posts across South Africa to support its stores during the busy festive and peak trading season.

Successful candidates will join GALXBOY on a fixed-term seasonal contract from 1 October to 31 December 2026.

Key Responsibilities
– Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
– Deliver excellent customer service throughout the shopping experience.
– Learn GALXBOY products, including styles, fits, fabrics and new releases.
– Assist customers with finding suitable clothing and merchandise.
– Provide fashion and styling recommendations where appropriate.
– Maintain a clean, organised and attractive shop floor.
– Assist with visual merchandising and product displays.
– Ensure merchandise is presented according to store standards.
– Work quickly and accurately during busy trading periods.
– Assist with queues and high customer traffic during the festive season.
– Use relevant retail technology and systems where required.
– Support sales activities and contribute towards store performance.

Minimum Requirements
