Overview:

Moments Giftery, a growing creative gift store, is looking for a dependable and well-organized individual to join the team as a Gift Shop Assistant โ€“ Trainee. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to learn the ins and outs of retail and logistics.

Position Purpose:

The Gift Shop Assistant Trainee will support the daily functions of the gift shop, from assisting clients to managing orders and ensuring timely stock procurement and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist with the general day-to-day operations of the shop.

-Help customers choose suitable gifts based on various occasions.

-Track orders, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

-Coordinate pick-up and delivery logistics for customer orders.

-Manage procurement of supplies and stock required for curating gifts.

Requirements and Skills:

-High level of confidentiality and trustworthiness.

-Strong organizational and time management skills.

-Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Must reside in or near Sekamaneng, Naleli, Koalabata, or Khubetsoana.

Qualifications:

  • A diploma in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field.
