About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and creating an exciting shopping experience for every customer who visits the store.
You will represent the Jet brand with pride, assist customers in finding the right products and ensure the store is always well-stocked, organised and ready for business.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
The successful candidate will:
-Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
-Serve as a proud ambassador for the Jet brand.
-Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
-Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service.
-Resolve customer queries professionally.
Sales
-Achieve and exceed sales targets.
-Identify opportunities to generate additional sales.
-Promote a wide range of clothing and home products.
-Stay informed about the latest fashion and dรฉcor trends.
-Recommend suitable products to customers.
Store Operations
-Replenish stock to ensure shelves remain full.
-Keep the store neat, clean and well-presented.
-Assist with merchandising and product displays.
-Support daily store operations as required.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
