Overview

Curro is seeking a professional, organised, and customer-focused Personal Assistant to join Curro DigiED Victory Park. This role is ideal for an individual with strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills who enjoys working in a dynamic educational environment.

The successful candidate will provide administrative and reception support while assisting with conference centre bookings, venue coordination, client enquiries, and day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

– Welcome visitors, parents, learners, and clients professionally.

– Respond to enquiries via telephone, email, and in person.

– Answer, screen, and transfer telephone calls efficiently.

– Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication.

– Provide information about the school and its services.

– Prepare quotations and manage conference centre bookings.

– Coordinate venue and boardroom reservations.

– Liaise with the food and beverage department regarding meeting and event requirements.

– Maintain and update staff telephone directories.

– Monitor staff movements and maintain attendance records where required.

– Provide general administrative and clerical support.

– Develop a thorough understanding of the school’s programmes and services to assist visitors effectively.

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Receptionist, or Administrative role.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Ability to operate a switchboard.
  • Experience in an educational or higher education environment will be an advantage.
  • Additional language proficiency will be advantageous.
  • Clear criminal record.
