Overview
Food Lover’s Market is hiring 4 Pickers to join their warehouse teams across multiple locations. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse experience who can work efficiently to pick, pack, and prepare orders while maintaining high quality and accuracy standards.
Key Responsibilities
– Pick, pack, wrap, and label orders accurately according to schedules
– Use scanners to track and record stock movement
– Ensure quality products are selected for store deliveries
– Report any stock discrepancies or shortages immediately
– Load, move, and handle stock safely, including heavy lifting
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
– Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet targets
– Follow company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards
– Assist with stock control and warehouse operations
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Previous experience as a Picker or Warehouse Worker
- Good communication skills (English)
- Ability to work shifts, including Sundays and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must reside within 25km of the job location
- Clear criminal record
Preferred:
- Minimum 1 year warehouse picking experience
- South African citizen
- Age between 18 โ 35
