About the Role
The Sales Assistant plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the high standards that define the Cotton On brand. Successful candidates will assist customers, replenish merchandise, maintain attractive store displays and work closely with the store team to achieve sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
-Acting as a brand ambassador for Cotton On.
-Assisting customers with product selection and fashion advice.
-Replenishing stock and ensuring shelves and displays remain fully merchandised.
-Maintaining high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
-Supporting store operations and achieving sales targets.
-Working collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent store performance.
-Promoting and supporting the Cotton On Group Foundation initiatives.
-Assisting with stock management and inventory replenishment.
-Performing other retail duties as assigned by store management.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
-A passion for fashion and retail.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work well within a team.
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
-Previous retail experience will be an added advantage but is not essential.
