Minimum Requirements

-Grade 12 / Matric Certificate

-Passion for retail and customer service

-Good communication skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

-Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

-Deliver exceptional customer service

-Assist customers with product recommendations

-Help customers find suitable homeware and décor products

-Identify opportunities to increase sales

Merchandising & Store Support

-Replenish stock and maintain shelves

-Ensure store cleanliness and presentation

-Stay updated with décor and furniture trends

-Assist with merchandising displays and stock control

Teamwork & Operations

-Work closely with the store team

-Help achieve store sales targets

-Follow company policies and procedures

-Support daily operational activities
