Overview

Legit is recruiting for 3 retail opportunities. These roles are ideal for energetic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about fashion, retail, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Successful candidates will help create an enjoyable shopping experience by assisting customers, maintaining attractive merchandise displays, achieving sales targets, and supporting daily store operations.

Available Positions

• Sales Assistant – Carlton Centre
• Sales Assistant – Jabulani Mall, Soweto
• Senior Shop Assistant – Maerua Mall

Key Responsibilities

– Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

– Assist customers in selecting products and recommending suitable merchandise.

– Process customer purchases accurately at the till.

– Replenish stock and ensure merchandise is available on the sales floor.

– Maintain attractive visual merchandising displays and correct pricing.

– Support the store manager with daily operational duties.

– Help achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

– Minimise stock losses by following company procedures.

– Ensure store equipment is secured and accounted for.

– Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the store.

– Follow all health and safety procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous retail experience will be an advantage.
• Passion for customer service and the fashion retail industry.
