About the Role
The FIX is looking for energetic and confident individuals who love fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers in finding the latest fashion trends, help achieve store sales targets and ensure the store remains well-stocked and visually appealing.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, customer interaction and working in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
-Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
-Represent The FIX brand professionally.
-Help customers find the best fashion products for their needs.
-Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
-Sell a diverse range of fashion apparel and accessories.
-Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends.
-Identify opportunities to generate additional sales.
-Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.
-Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready.
-Work closely with the team to achieve store objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
-Grade 12 (Matric).
-A passion for customer service and working with people.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
