Overview

iqbusiness South Africa is offering an exciting Systems Development Learnership Programme for unemployed youth interested in building a career in Information Technology.

This entry-level learnership combines structured theoretical training with practical workplace experience to help learners gain valuable IT knowledge and industry exposure. Successful candidates will work toward a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 qualification while developing essential technical and workplace skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

– Attend all training sessions and workplace learning activities.

– Participate in practical IT and systems development projects.

– Gain exposure to professional workplace environments and processes.

– Complete assessments and learning modules as required.

– Work collaboratively with team members and mentors.

– Follow company procedures, standards, and programme requirements.


Requirements & Skills

-Must have Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 3).

-Must have achieved at least 50% in English.

-Must have achieved at least 50% in Mathematics OR 60% in Mathematical Literacy.

-Strong interest in Information Technology and Systems Development.

-Good communication and problem-solving skills.

-Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment.

-Ability to work well independently and within a team.
