Overview
Motus Corporation is inviting applications from motivated and unemployed young South Africans for its NQF 5 Learnership Programme within the automotive industry.
This programme offers participants valuable workplace exposure, practical industry training, and professional development opportunities within a leading automotive organisation. Successful learners will gain hands-on experience while developing important workplace and technical skills across different operational departments.

Key Responsibilities
– Participate fully in all training and workplace activities during the programme.
– Gain practical workplace experience within assigned departments.
– Work closely with supervisors and experienced professionals.
– Follow company procedures, workplace standards, and safety requirements.
– Complete tasks and assignments within required deadlines.
– Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude throughout the programme.
Requirements & Skills
-Must be between 18 and 29 years old.
-Must have Grade 12 / Matric.
-Must not have previously participated in a SETA-funded programme.
-Must not currently be funded by NSFAS.
-Must be able to commit to the full 12-month programme.
-Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Mbombela (Nelspruit).
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Basic computer literacy will be advantageous.
-Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
-Ability to work well within a team environment.
-Good work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
