Overview

Fidelity Cash Solutions is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Teller to join its Mthatha Cash Centre. This role is ideal for candidates with cashier or cash-handling experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately counting, verifying, balancing, and processing clients’ cash while ensuring all company procedures and security standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities

– Count and verify cash received from clients accurately.

– Balance and reconcile cash transactions.

– Operate cash-counting equipment efficiently.

– Process cash according to company procedures and quality standards.

– Prepare and pack cash for ATM replenishment.

– Ensure all cash processing activities comply with company policies.

– Maintain accurate records of cash transactions.

– Report any discrepancies or irregularities immediately.

– Maintain a clean, organised, and secure work area.

– Assist with other cash centre duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
• Clear criminal record.
• Computer literacy.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a cashier or in a similar cash-handling role.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
