Overview:
AR5 (Pty) Ltd is a progressive and growing organization currently looking to recruit a skilled and experienced TLB Operator to support its operations in a remote area of Botswana. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Tractor-Loader-Backhoe under various site conditions.
Position Purpose:
To operate a TLB machine with precision and care, performing excavation, loading, trenching, and backfilling activities while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate the TLB (Tractor-Loader-Backhoe) machine in line with operational and safety protocols.
-Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues.
-Work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
-Adhere to project schedules and complete tasks within designated timelines.
-Assist with general labor tasks when required.
Minimum Requirements:
-At least 5 years of experience operating a TLB.
-Proven ability to work under challenging or remote conditions.
-Physically fit and able to work extended hours, including weekends when necessary.
-High level of responsibility and awareness of safety standards.
