Overview
VANS is looking for passionate and energetic Shop Assistants to join their retail team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, streetwear culture, and delivering excellent in-store experiences while driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist customers with product selection and provide styling advice
– Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
– Process transactions accurately at the point of sale
– Replenish stock and maintain store presentation standards
– Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
– Contribute to achieving sales targets and store KPIs
– Maintain a positive, energetic, and customer-focused environment
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 1 year sales or retail experience
- Passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Target-driven with a results-focused mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work weekends and retail holidays
- Ability to work well in a team
