Overview
Food Lover’s Market is hiring 3 Admin Clerks to support store operations across multiple locations. This role is ideal for organised and detail-oriented individuals who can manage administrative tasks, support daily office functions, and ensure accurate record-keeping within a busy retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage daily administrative and clerical duties within the store
– Capture and process invoices, reports, and financial documents
– Maintain accurate filing systems for all store documentation
– Monitor and update inventory records, resolving discrepancies
– Handle supplier queries, returns, credits, and claims processes
– Assist management with reports, scheduling, and general office tasks
– Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding stock and finance queries
– Ensure all receiving paperwork is completed and filed daily
– Answer calls, respond to emails, and direct queries appropriately
– Maintain organised records and ensure compliance with company procedures
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Previous experience in administration or clerical roles
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must reside within 20km of the job location
- Clear criminal record
Preferred:
- Experience with Arch, Adore, or similar systems
- Own reliable transport
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- South African citizen
- Age between 18 โ 65
