Overview
WNS Global Services is looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic Call Centre Agents (Senior Associates) to join its Airline Customer Service team. This is an exciting opportunity to support international airline customers by delivering exceptional service, resolving travel enquiries, and ensuring passengers enjoy a smooth travel experience.
Working in a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will assist customers with bookings, flight changes, baggage enquiries, cancellations, and other travel-related requests while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
– Handle inbound customer calls relating to airline reservations and travel enquiries.
– Assist customers with bookings, flight changes, upgrades, baggage queries and travel information.
– Resolve flight disruptions, cancellations and rebooking requests efficiently.
– Provide professional and friendly customer service during every interaction.
– Promote additional airline services and travel upgrades where appropriate.
– Accurately capture customer information and maintain detailed records.
– Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
– Work closely with team members to achieve service and performance targets.
– Perform additional duties required to support daily operations.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Minimum of 1 year contact centre experience or 12 months customer service experience.
- Previous airline or travel industry experience will be an advantage.
- International contact centre experience is beneficial.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good computer literacy and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Willingness to work rotational night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
