Overview
Absolute Pets, South Africa’s leading specialist pet retailer, is recruiting Warehouse Drivers (Code 10) and a Warehouse Driver Assistant to join its growing logistics team. These positions are ideal for reliable and motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service while ensuring products reach stores safely and on time.

- Warehouse Driver (Code 10) โ Durban
- Warehouse Driver Assistant (Code 10) โ Cape Town
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver stock safely and on time according to the daily delivery schedule.
– Load delivery vehicles efficiently and according to route planning.
– Verify all stock before departure from the warehouse.
– Ensure the correct products are delivered to the correct stores.
– Minimise product damage through careful loading and unloading.
– Report any stock discrepancies or delivery issues to the Warehouse Manager.
– Verify all returned stock and complete the required documentation.
– Keep delivery vehicles clean, organised and in good condition.
– Report vehicle faults, damages or maintenance requirements immediately.
– Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
– Represent the company professionally and uphold company values at all times.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) is advantageous.
- Valid Code 10 driver’s licence with a valid PDP (Driver positions).
- Proven experience as a delivery driver will be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
- Physically fit and willing to assist with loading and unloading stock.
