Dis-Chem Life is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Call Centre Sales Agents to join its growing sales team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enjoy speaking with people, and have a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
As a Call Centre Sales Agent, you will engage with customers over the phone, understand their insurance needs, recommend suitable Dis-Chem Life products, and provide a professional, customer-focused sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Sell Dis-Chem Life insurance products through inbound and outbound calls.
– Build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs.
– Recommend suitable insurance solutions based on customer requirements.
– Handle customer objections professionally and confidently close sales.
– Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
– Accurately capture customer information on CRM systems.
– Maintain compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
– Represent the Dis-Chem Life brand with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- 1โ2 years’ experience in a call centre sales environment.
- Previous life insurance sales experience will be advantageous.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Computer literacy and CRM system experience.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Reliable transport to and from work.
- Willingness to work weekends when required.
- RE5 and COB certification will be advantageous.
