Overview

Weaver FinTech Group is looking for motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join the FinChoice team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of South Africa’s leading fintech companies, helping customers access innovative lending solutions while building a rewarding career in financial services.

As a Call Centre Agent, you will sell FinChoice lending products over the phone, assist customers with suitable financial solutions, and deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

– Promote and sell FinChoice lending products to new and existing customers.

– Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.

– Generate new customer acquisitions and cross-sell additional financial products.

– Provide professional and friendly customer service on every call.

– Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

– Accurately capture customer information and sales transactions.

– Maintain high productivity, quality, and compliance standards.

– Follow company policies and responsible lending practices.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Outbound call centre or financial services sales experience is advantageous.
  • Computer literate and comfortable using CRM systems.
  • Good numerical skills and the ability to explain financial products clearly.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
