Overview
Etv in Gauteng is currently looking for experienced and reliable Drivers to join their operations team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery and collection of equipment and goods while ensuring all transport procedures and vehicle safety standards are followed.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with driving and transport coordination experience who are organised, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver and collect equipment and goods from clients and operational sites.
– Ensure all delivery and collection documentation is completed and signed correctly.
– Record trip mileage and maintain accurate transport records.
– Report vehicle faults, damages, and operational issues promptly.
– Perform vehicle inspections and complete vehicle check sheets daily.
– Conduct basic vehicle maintenance when required.
– Assist with additional operational duties as requested by management.
– Ensure safe handling and transportation of goods at all times.
– Adhere to company transport procedures and safety regulations.
Requirements & Skills
-Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
-Minimum of 2 yearsโ experience as a Driver or Transport Coordinator.
-Valid Code C driverโs licence.
-Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP) for Dangerous Goods.
-Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
-Good planning and organisational skills.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
-Good communication and problem-solving skills.
-Adaptable and able to take initiative when required.
