Overview

Curro DigiED Jewel City is looking for a reliable and professional Examination Assistant to support the smooth administration of examinations. This role is ideal for individuals who are organised, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the examination process.

Key Responsibilities

– Prepare examination venues to ensure they meet all examination requirements.

– Supervise candidates during examinations in a fair, professional, and impartial manner.

– Ensure examination rules and regulations are followed at all times.

– Maintain the confidentiality and security of examination papers and scripts.

– Assist with examination administration, including attendance registers and script collection.

– Report any examination irregularities immediately to the Chief Invigilator.

– Support the examination team with additional duties to ensure examinations run smoothly.

Minimum Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12/Matric) or Senior Certificate.
• South African citizen.
• Between 23 and 65 years of age.
• Must not have a child or ward writing the examinations during the appointment period.
• Previous invigilation or administrative experience will be an added advantage.
• Management or supervisory experience will be beneficial for senior invigilation responsibilities.
