Overview
VKB Group is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Fuel Attendant to join the NTK Retail team. The role involves delivering efficient service at the fuel station, assisting customers, and ensuring a clean, safe, and well-managed forecourt environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers.
– Dispense fuel accurately as requested by customers.
– Handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
– Balance fuel sales at the end of each shift.
– Identify and resolve discrepancies in transactions.
– Maintain cleanliness of the forecourt and work areas.
– Assist customers with basic vehicle needs where required.
– Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures.
Requirements & Skills
-Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4.
-Basic numeracy skills.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Clean criminal record.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Good customer service and communication skills.
-Teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
-Good planning and organisational skills.
