Overview
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a detail-oriented Teller to join the Fidelity Cash Solutions team. The role is responsible for counting, verifying, and reconciling client funds while ensuring strict adherence to cash handling procedures.
Key Responsibilities
– Count and verify cash accurately.
– Ensure compliance with all cash processing procedures.
– Balance and reconcile cash at required intervals.
– Operate money counting machines efficiently.
– Prepare and pack ATM cash as required.
– Maintain accuracy and security in all cash handling activities.
Requirements & Skills
-Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
-Minimum 2 yearsโ experience in a cashier or similar role.
-Computer literacy.
-Clean criminal record.
-Strong numerical and analytical skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-High attention to detail and accuracy.
-Good communication skills.
-Honest, reliable, and self-motivated.
-Willingness to work overtime when required.
