Overview

Tsebo Cleaning and Hygiene Solutions is looking for a dedicated Hygiene Assistant to join its team in Brackenfell, Western Cape. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cleanliness, hygiene, and delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will assist with hygiene services, deep cleaning operations, stock handling, and maintaining high service standards at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

– Carry out deep cleaning services at client sites according to company procedures.

– Service and maintain sanitary bins and dispose of waste in accordance with hygiene regulations.

– Deliver hygiene consumables and supplies to clients.

– Ensure cleaning chemicals and consumables are always available for daily operations.

– Return unused stock to the warehouse and report returned items.

– Report equipment faults, customer concerns, and site issues to supervisors.

– Ensure all equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained.

– Respond professionally to customer queries and complaints.

– Report incidents and accidents immediately to management.

– Maintain warehouse, office, vehicle, and equipment cleanliness.

– Wear the required company uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE).

– Comply with all health, safety, and company policies.

– Perform overtime and additional operational duties when required.

Entry Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric).
Previous hygiene or cleaning experience will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel to client sites and perform manual duties.
Physically fit and able to work overtime when required.
