Overview
Rosebank International is seeking responsible and detail-oriented individuals to work as part-time Invigilators.
Invigilators are responsible for protecting the integrity of assessments and supervising students during examinations. Successful candidates will help ensure that examinations are conducted fairly, securely and according to institutional policies.
These are seasonal, part-time opportunities suitable for candidates with Matric, while a Higher Certificate or Diploma will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
– Supervise students during examinations and assessments.
– Monitor examination venues to prevent malpractice and irregularities.
– Prepare assessment venues before examinations begin.
– Distribute examination papers and answer booklets to students.
– Ensure assessment conditions comply with institutional policies and requirements.
– Monitor students throughout assessment sessions.
– Respond appropriately to student queries during examinations.
– Provide assistance during emergencies such as illness or evacuation.
– Maintain the security and integrity of assessment materials.
– Ensure examination procedures are followed consistently.
– Prepare a detailed and accurate report at the end of each assessment session.
– Report any examination irregularities or incidents according to established procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- A Higher Certificate or Diploma will be advantageous.
- Approximately 1โ2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Ability to work on a part-time and seasonal basis.
