Overview
Auto Pedigree, a division of Motus Corporation, is looking for an experienced Call Centre Agent: Mobile Bus Sales to join its team in the Western Cape.
The successful candidate will identify customer needs, match customers with suitable products and services, convert leads into sales and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
This is a target-driven position requiring strong customer service and sales abilities. Candidates must also be willing to work shifts and weekends and travel when required.
Key Responsibilities
– Handle prospective and existing customers professionally and provide excellent service.
– Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products and services.
– Convert leads into potential sales opportunities.
– Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
– Manage daily, weekly and monthly sales activities.
– Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
– Familiarise yourself with vehicle characteristics, capabilities and features.
– Explain relevant vehicle information to prospective customers.
– Implement strategies to retain and grow the existing customer base.
– Assist with setting up mobile vehicle displays.
– Manage customer expectations and ensure effective service delivery.
– Handle customer escalations and provide appropriate feedback.
– Conduct face-to-face discussions with customers when required.
– Provide customers with information regarding vehicle finance application procedures.
– Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
– Adhere to company policies and procedures.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.
- At least 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
- Valid South African ID document.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Advantageous Requirements
- NCA qualification.
- Relevant automotive industry experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Credit Act (NCA).
