Overview
Fidelity Services Group is currently recruiting PSIRA Grade A and Grade B Security Officers for positions based in Durban and Ballito.
This opportunity is suitable for disciplined, professional, and security-conscious individuals who are passionate about protecting people and property while delivering high standards of security service.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide professional security services at assigned sites.
– Monitor and respond to security risks and incidents.
– Operate CCTV and security systems where required.
– Conduct patrols and maintain site safety procedures.
– Ensure compliance with company security policies and regulations.
– Respond effectively to emergencies and incidents.
– Complete reports and maintain accurate records when necessary.
Requirements & Skills
-Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
-Valid PSIRA Grade A or Grade B registration and accreditation.
-Firearm competency certificates for Handgun, Rifle, and Shotgun.
-Valid Code 8 driverโs licence.
-Fire Fighting and First Aid certificates required.
-Basic computer literacy including MS Office and CCTV systems.
-No criminal record.
-Must reside in Ballito, Clermont, Pinetown, or surrounding Durban areas.
-Good communication and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
